These plates are the cutest thing!!! So whimsical and nostalgic of colors of our hippie youth. They are great for putting a round cake on and decorating, for appetizers and even just for eating! The possibilities are endless!!!

These dinner plates are super cute! I love the beautiful floral mix and match designs! They are made out of lightweight, durable double weight melamine and can take whatever you dish out lol! You don’t have to worry about breakage if you drop them. They go in the dishwasher and the microwave without any problem whatsoever. Yes, you read that correctly, the microwave! Melamine does go in the microwave. I have had multiple sets of this kind of heavier melamine for years and they all go in the microwave without any issues! I just ate dinner off one of the matching bowls to these plates, which I put in my 1100W microwave on high for 3 1/2 minutes. I think that old thin Corelle melamine wouldn’t take the microwave, but that is definitely not true of the newer double and triple weight melamine that’s out there now. These particular plates don’t really even get that hot in the microwave compared to some of my other plates. So don’t hesitate about buying these pretty dishes, because they are great! I bought a couple of every color of the bowls, salad plates, and dinner plates!
