All major credit cards are accepted. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Items are charged to your credit card once the items ship.

Out of Stock Items
We do not currently offer backorders for our out of stock items. In the event an item's availability changes between the time you place the order and the time it is processed, you will not be charged for that item. Please contact us if you wish to know the availability of an item that is out of stock.

Sales Tax
Natural Life charges sales tax on all orders shipped within the states of Florida and Michigan, or billed to a Florida or Michigan address.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, which will include purchased items, order total and order number.

Order Status
If you have an online account, your order status is available at www.NaturalLife.com upon log-in. If you purchased as a guest, please contact our Customer Experience Team to review your order status.

Order Cancellation or Modification
We will do our best to accommodate your request to cancel or modify an order, but there may be instances where an order cannot be changed or cancelled once processed. It is important to contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible.

U.S. Ground Shipping
Natural Life currently charges a $5 flat rate for everyday ground shipping and handling for U.S. orders under $50. Orders over $50 qualify for free everyday ground shipping to U.S. addresses. In order to offer our $5 flat rate, all orders ship from our Jacksonville, Florida distribution center via UPS Ground Service or the carrier of our choice. Most small packages ship via USPS.

Orders with ground shipping selected as the preferred method typically ship within 1 - 2 business days of processing. Orders placed over holiday weekends or during peak ordering seasons can take between 3 to 5 days to process. If you place your order outside of Natural Life's normal operating hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET), your order will process on the following business day and ship as specified above. Once your order ships, please allow between 2 and 7 days for arrival.

Natural Life cannot ship orders to a P.O. Box. Please provide a street address for your Ship To address.

U.S. Expedited Shipping
For those customers needing expedited shipping, we are happy to offer two flat rate options:

2nd Day Air: $15
Next Day Air: $25

Note: Next-Day Air orders must be placed prior to 11:00 a.m. EST to ensure shipping by next business day. Free everyday ground shipping does not apply to expedited shipping methods.

Orders placed on National Holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Thanksgiving or Black Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Christmas Delivery Dates
Order by 12/16 to ensure Ground delivery by 12/24

Order by 11:00 a.m. 12/20 and choose 2nd Day Air to ensure delivery by 12/24
Order by 11:00 a.m. 12/23 and choose Next Day Air to ensure delivery by 12/24

We offer standard shipping to Canadian addresses direct from our distribution center. Rates are calculated based on order subtotal amount, before discounts. Discounts do not apply to shipping rates. All Canadian orders ship ground via USPS or UPS. 

Rates for Canadian shipments are as follows:

Orders up to $49.99: $10
Orders $50 to $99.99: $15
Orders $100 to $149.99: $20
Orders $150 to 199.99: $25
Orders $200 and above: $30

Note: Rates include duties and handling fees.

International Shipping
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

When you've finished adding items to your bag, click "My Bag" in the upper right corner of the page, go to your bag, then click the "Outside the U.S.?" button beneath the "Proceed to Checkout" button, and you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.

2013 Holiday Return Policy
RMAs for full priced items ordered during the 2013 holiday season can be submitted to our Customer Experience Team through January 10, 2014. Please refer to the RMA instructions explained in our Everyday Return Policy below. All sale-priced items are final sale.

Everyday Return Policy
We hope you love the items you purchased from Natural Life!  If you are not 100 percent satisfied, please place a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request online within 14 days of receipt.  

 If you registered for a Natural Life account, view your account and select your order containing the product you wish to return. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion of the request. If you purchased items as a guest, please email the Customer Experience Team at info@naturallife.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.  All return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.   

A Customer Experience Team Member will contact you via email with an RMA and a prepaid shipping label to mail your products back freight prepaid to Natural Life.  Please do not ship your product back to us without using the prepaid shipping label you received tied to your RMA.  Please return items within 14 days of the RMA request being processed.  Unauthorized returns and returns without a shipping label and an RMA number printed clearly on the box will be refused at Natural Life.  Product must be in original packaging, unused, in new/original condition for returns to be accepted.  Note: Certain items as marked on www.naturallife.com are final sale items and not returnable.  All items marked with sale prices are FINAL SALE items.  RMAs will not be approved for sale items.  

You can view your return status at any time online.  Please allow up to 14 days to process returns and issue a refund once Natural Life receives the returned product.

International Returns
Returns for International Orders placed through our international shipping partner Bongo International will be handled by the Bongo Customer Service team. Contact them via the form on their customer service page, or by calling their direct customer service line, 203-683-4894 Option 1.

In-Store Purchases
All online orders must be returned to the Natural Life office, not a store near you. All items purchased from a retail partner must be returned to that store according to their return and exchange policy.

Catalogs are available for wholesale customers only. If you are a wholesale customer, please log-in to the wholesale site and fill out the catalog request form.
