2013 Holiday Return Policy
RMAs for full priced items ordered during the 2013 holiday season can be submitted to our Customer Experience Team through January 10, 2014. Please refer to the RMA instructions explained in our Everyday Return Policy below. All sale-priced items are final sale.
Everyday Return Policy
We hope you love the items you purchased from Natural Life! If you are not 100 percent satisfied, please place a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request online within 14 days of receipt.
If you registered for a Natural Life account, view your account and select your order containing the product you wish to return. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion of the request. If you purchased items as a guest, please email the Customer Experience Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the product you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. All return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
A Customer Experience Team Member will contact you via email with an RMA and a prepaid shipping label to mail your products back freight prepaid to Natural Life. Please do not ship your product back to us without using the prepaid shipping label you received tied to your RMA. Please return items within 14 days of the RMA request being processed. Unauthorized returns and returns without a shipping label and an RMA number printed clearly on the box will be refused at Natural Life. Product must be in original packaging, unused, in new/original condition for returns to be accepted. Note: Certain items as marked on www.naturallife.com are final sale items and not returnable. All items marked with sale prices are FINAL SALE items. RMAs will not be approved for sale items.
You can view your return status at any time online. Please allow up to 14 days to process returns and issue a refund once Natural Life receives the returned product.
International Return Policy
Returns for International Orders placed through our international shipping partner Bongo International will be handled by the Bongo Customer Service team. Contact them via the form on their customer service page, or by calling their direct customer service line, 203-683-4894, Option 1.
All online orders must be returned to the Natural Life office, not a store near you. All items purchased from a retail partner must be returned to that store according to their return and exchange policy.
