Everyday Return Policy
We hope you love the items you purchased from Natural Life! If your item is damaged, defective or does not meet your expectations, please place a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request online within 14 days of receipt. Note: Certain items as marked on www.naturallife.com are final sale items and not returnable. All items marked with sale prices are FINAL SALE items. RMAs will not be approved for sale items. Product must be in original packaging, unused, in new/original condition for returns to be accepted.
If you registered for a Natural Life account, log in to your account and select the order containing the product you wish to return. Click the "Return" link at the top of the order details page, and submit the form on that page. If you purchased items as a guest, please enter your order number on the page linked here, then access the RMA request form by clicking the "return" link at the top of the order details page. You can find the order number at the top of the order confirmation email you received when you placed your order, as well as in the third row under your ship-to address at the top left of your packing slip (called "Customer P/O"). All return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
After you submit the RMA request, you will receive an email confirming the request was submitted. Within 1-2 business days, a Customer Experience Team Member will contact you via email with your approved RMA number. Please write your RMA number on your packing slip, then mail the product and packing slip back to our distribution center using the carrier of your choice. Please do not ship your product back to us until you've received your approved RMA number from our customer experience team member. Unauthorized returns and returns without an approved RMA number included on the packing slip will be refused. Please return items within 14 days of the RMA request approval.
Please allow up to 14 days to process returns and issue a refund once Natural Life receives the returned product.
Please Note: All online orders must be returned as indicated by the instructions above, not to the Natural Life Retail Store or an authorized retail partner. Conversely, all items purchased from the Natural Life Retail Store must be returned to that location, and any items purchased from a retail partner must be returned to that store according to their return and exchange policy. Attempts to return online orders to a retail location or vice-versa will be refused.
International Return Policy
Returns for International Orders placed through our international shipping partner Bongo International will be handled by the Bongo Customer Service team. Contact them via the form on their customer service page, or by calling their direct customer service line, 203-683-4894, Option 1.
