Can I change my order after it's placed?

Does Natural Life conduct product safety testing?
Your safety is important to us! Natural Life has its products tested by a third-party conformity assessment body to confirm their compliance with all applicable consumer product safety rules, including the Consumer Product Safety Act; CPSIA; and CA Prop 65.
Does Natural Life charge tax?
Natural Life charges sales tax on all orders with billing or ship-to addresses in the states of Florida, Texas, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, and Illinois.
How much is Shipping within the U.S.?
U.S. Ground Shipping
Natural Life currently charges a $6.95 flat rate for ground shipping and handling for U.S. orders under $60. Orders over $60 qualify for free ground shipping to U.S. addresses. In order to offer our $6.95 flat rate, all orders ship from our Jacksonville, Florida distribution center via USPS or the carrier of our choice. Most small packages ship via USPS.
We are currently experiencing longer than usual processing times. Please expect delivery between 10-14 business days. Orders placed over holiday weekends or during peak ordering seasons can take from 5 to 7 days to process. If you place your order outside of Natural Life's normal operating hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET), your order will process on the following business day and ship as specified above. Once your order ships, please allow between 2 and 7 days for arrival.
Natural Life cannot ship orders to a P.O. Box. Please provide a street address for your Ship To address.
Does Natural Life ship to Canada?
We currently do not ship to Canada.
Does Natural Life ship Internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally.
Will I be charged for an item if it does not ship?
We do not currently offer backorders for our out of stock items. In the event an item's availability changes between the time you place the order and the time it is processed, you will not be charged for that item. Please contact us if you wish to know the availability of an item that is out of stock.

The site doesn't look right on my computer. Is something wrong?
We love to keep things fresh, and our website is no different! We frequently change graphics and product images on the site, but if you shop our site a lot, your computer browser may be storing older versions of the pages which don't display properly. To easily clear the cache on your PC, hold down the CTRL button (bottom left) and F5 (topmost row, 6th from the left) at the same time, and the page will reload without clearing your browser history. On a Mac, open Safari, choose Safari > Empty Cache from the menu, and click "Empty." On a phone, you can clear history from your settings. If you'd prefer not to clear all site history, navigate to the advanced menu, click "edit" and delete naturallife.com data. Then reopen your browser and type in our site address - the fresh images will load and display correctly. The prices displayed on naturallife.com are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. Prices may change at any time without notice.

If you have an online account, your order status is available upon log-in to your account. If you purchased as a guest, please enter your order number, last name and zip code or email address on our Order Status and Returns page.
Order Cancellation or Modification
We will do our best to accommodate your request to cancel or modify an order, but there may be instances where an order cannot be changed or cancelled once processed. It is important to contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible.
What is Natural Life's Return Policy?
Everyday Return Policy
We hope you love the items you purchased from Natural Life! If your item is damaged or defective, please contact email@example.com instead of completing an RMA. If you are not happy with your items, please place an Return Authorization (RMA) request online within 14 days of receipt.
If you registered for a Natural Life account, log in to your account and select the order containing the product you wish to return. Click the "Return" link at the top of the order details page, and submit the form on that page. If you purchased items as a guest, please enter your order number on the page linked here, then access the RMA request form by clicking the "return" link at the top of the order details page.
Within 1-2 business days, a Customer Experience Team Member will contact you via email with your approved RMA number. Boldly write your RMA number on both your packing slip and the outside of the return package/box. Mail the product and packing slip to the address shown on your packing list using the carrier of your choice. Note: Unauthorized returns and returns without an approved RMA number on the packing slip will be refused.
Please allow our team up to 14 days to process returns and issue a refund once we’ve received your returned item(s).
