What's the status of my order?

If you have an online account, your order status is available upon log-in to your account. If you purchased as a guest, please enter your order number, last name and zip code or email address on our Order Status page.

Can I change my order after it's placed?

We will do our best to accommodate your request to cancel or modify an order, but there may be instances where an order cannot be changed or cancelled once processed. It is important to contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible.

My promo code is not working. What's wrong?

Does Natural Life charge tax?

Natural Life charges sales tax on all orders with billing or ship-to addresses in the states of Florida, Texas, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada, and Illinois.

What is Natural Life’s order processing time?

Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Orders placed over holiday weekends or during peak ordering seasons can take up to 5 to 7 days to process. If you place your order outside of Natural Life's normal operating hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET), your order will process on the following business day. Expedited orders must be placed before 10:00AM EST to be processed the following business day. Once your order ships, please allow between 2 and 7 days for arrival. Offices will be closed and orders will not be processed until the following business day for the below dates:

  • o Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 23rd 2017
  • o Christmas Eve (observed): Tuesday, December 26th 2017
  • o Christmas Day: Monday, December 25th 2017
  • o New Year’s Day: Monday, January 1st 2018
  • o Memorial Day: Monday, May 28th 2018
  • o July 4th: Wednesday, July 4th 2018
  • o Labor Day: Monday, September 3rd 2018

The prices displayed on naturallife.com are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Will I receive an order confirmation for my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, which will include purchased items, order total and order number.

Are my items available for exchange?

Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges at this time, we do offer returns within 30 days of all items unless on final sale.

Does Natural Life offer price adjustments?If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if you contact us within 30 days of the original date of shipment. Please contact us email us at info@naturallife.com or 888.483.7344. Previously used promo codes will not be taken into consideration on price adjustments.

Does Natural Life conduct product safety testing?

Your safety is important to us! Natural Life has its products tested by a third-party conformity assessment body to confirm their compliance with all applicable consumer product safety rules, including the Consumer Product Safety Act; CPSIA; and CA Prop 65.

Does Natural Life Clothing come in extending sizes?

We are just getting into clothing for the first time and we are sorry that we don’t more sizes in our apparel. We do plan to expand our merchandise, and hope to better meet the needs for you in the future!

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If any of your items arrive damaged or defective, you can report these items within 30 days of receipt. Please do not follow our return procedure, instead contact us at info@naturallife.com with photos of your damaged or defective item.


What are your holiday shipping deadlines?

The holiday shipping deadlines for 2017 are below:

  • • Ground delivery must be placed on the website by 11:59PM est 12/15.
  • • FedEx 2 Day must be placed on the website by 10:00am EST 12/18
  • • FedEx Overnight must be placed on the website by 10:00am EST 12/19
    • o Please review our Natural Life order processing time. We do not process orders when the offices are closed. All orders will be processed the following business day.


How much is shipping within the U.S.?

Natural Life currently charges $6.95 for ground shipping and handling for U.S. orders under $75. Orders over $75 qualify for free ground shipping to U.S. addresses. We also offer expedited shipping within the U.S: FedEx 2 Day - $15 and FedEx Overnight - $25

Can Natural Life ship to a PO Box?

Natural Life can only ship via Ground shipping to PO boxes. Expedited shipping is not available to PO boxes.

From where and how are Natural Life orders shipped?

All orders are shipped FOB from Jacksonville, FL. Most small packages ship via USPS. Once orders have left the warehouse and been delivered to the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx facilities and the customer has been notified that the order has been shipped, Natural Life will have completed their shipping responsibilities. Any loss and/or delay during transit is the responsibility of the customer and the carrier used to ship the order.

Does Natural Life ship Internationally or to Canada?

We do not currently have the capabilities to offer shipping to an international address. It is something that we are currently working on with our USPS and FedEx partners and are hoping to be able to accommodate this in the coming months. If you would like to be contacted when we are able to ship internationally, please click here. We unfortunately do not have access to the locations of our international retailers at this time.

Will I be charged for an item if it does not ship?

We do not currently offer backorders for our out of stock items. In the event an item's availability changes between the time you place the order and the time it is processed, you will not be charged for that item. Please contact us if you wish to know the availability of an item that is out of stock or fill out our product availability form on our product.

Site Issues

The site doesn't look right on my computer. Is something wrong?

We love to keep things fresh, and our website is no different! We frequently change graphics and product images on the site, but if you shop our site a lot, your computer browser may be storing older versions of the pages which don't display properly. Please follow the instructions below to learn how to clear your cache based on the web browser you are using.

  • • To easily clear the cache on your PC, hold down the CTRL button (bottom left) and F5 (topmost row, 6th from the left) at the same time, and the page will reload without clearing your browser history. On a Mac, open Safari, choose Safari > Empty Cache from the menu, and click "Empty." On a phone, you can clear history from your settings.
  • • If you'd prefer not to clear all site history, navigate to the advanced menu, click "edit" and delete naturallife.com data. Then reopen your browser and type in our site address - the fresh images will load and display correctly.

What is your holiday return policy?

Orders purchased from November 1st through Christmas Eve are eligible for return for store credit through Friday, January 12th, if not within the regular 30-day return policy. If you’re returning a gift, please indicate if you would like to have the gift giver refunded or a credit will be applied to your Natural Life account. If you do not have a Natural Life account, one will be created for you, using your name, email address, and phone number. Sale items and items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable.

    Please note that $6.95 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
  • CHECK YOUR INBOX: We will send you an email once the return has been processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the return and issue a refund.
