Natural Life Music Festival
We aren't shy about expressing our love for Jacksonville — after all, there's no place like home! Way back in 2001, we launched our very first Natural Life Music Festival as a way of giving back to our hometown and local children's charities. We are proud that this festival filled with free-spirit style has grown into a successful annual tradition that is not only a give back to the city but also to a great cause!
Every year in March, we celebrate by hosting this family-friendly event in scenic Metropolitan Park with a host of indie folk americana artists, artisans and food vendors. Benefits from the festival are donated to the Children's Home Society of Florida! This incredible agency has a well-deserved reputation as the state's "most trusted adoption organization," staying committed to helping children and families in need. Positive messages and encouraging words are wonderful, but sometimes people need resources like safe housing, education and job coaching. Children's Home Society strives to make those resources readily available to families in need. We're honored to be able to provide assistance and support.
The festival wouldn't be complete without our Artisan Market and Food Village — truly a shopper's paradise and a delight for the taste buds! Filled with handcrafted creations made by talented local vendors who add so much to the festival's charm. There are also lots of activities in our “Crafternoon” area that remind us of days gone by, inspired by 60’s and 70’s arts and crafts, such as T-shirt tie-dyeing, leather stamping, hoola-hoop making and scrap wood painting. These craft stations bring a unique and nostalgic flair to the festival all while wonderful new memories are made!
This beloved event is packed with fun and entertainment for all! From the musical stylings of Americana folk bands, to food vendors who serve up healthy and organic deliciousness and arts and crafts, there’s plenty here for the whole family to enjoy!
