The Ground Shipping fee for orders shipping within the United States is $7.95.

We offer expedited shipping ($16.95 for Express and $29.95 for Premium) on eligible items within the 48 contiguous United States; Expedited shipping is not available for any armed forces locations, PO Boxes, international orders or orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States. Products that are not eligible for expedited shipping will feature language on the product page and in the cart specifying they cannot be shipped expedited.

Please keep in mind, orders are only shipped and delivered on weekdays. Per carrier shipping policies, orders are not guaranteed for weekend delivery.

Eligible items are able to be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date the product was shipped. Any issues with an order must be reported within this time frame. Return shipping fee is $7.90 and will be deducted from the refund total. Return shipping fee will be waived if the customer chooses to receive a refund in the form of a gift card instead of to the original form of payment. Original shipping fee (when applicable) will not be refunded when a return is made. Product must be in original packaging, unused, and in new condition.Items received as a gift are eligible for a gift card refund only. Returns from two separate orders may not be combined into a single package.

To begin your return or exchange, just go to naturallife.com/returns or go to the bottom of our website and click on the Returns and Exchanges link under the HELP section. Be sure to have your order number and e-mail associated with the order handy! If you don’t know your order number (starting with 3) you can locate it on your packing slip or on the order confirmation that was emailed to you. You can choose to return your items using our flat rate shipping label for a fee of $7.90, which will be deducted from your refund, or you can ship back using the carrier of your choice. Prices will vary based on the quotes given to you by the carrier of your choice based on the size and weight of the items you are returning.
