Look y’all…. I pretty much never eat breakfast because working in healthcare and waking up at 5 am is not conducive to personal health but this thing really changed my routine (at least for my weekends). In the morning I’ll go downstairs and whip up 2 eggs, add some salt and water and pop this bad boy in the microwave set at 1:30 to make Asian steamed eggs. Then I’ll get my keurig going for my morning coffee. By the time the microwave beeps, I can take it out by the handles (that surprisingly do NOT get hot)…..and voila…..breakfast and coffee in <5 min. I usually only make 2 eggs at a time but I’d say you could easily fit 4 eggs in this thing (although you might want to beat the eggs in a separate bowl to avoid spilling). This is straight up my favorite product and I bought one for my college student brother too!
