I sip or drink on water all day long and during the night by choice The lid has an easy slide closure and a just right opening. Keeps ICE for hours and keeps beverage cold for even longer. I have used a different name version for a couple years, but switched to this one because it represents my thoughts and encourages the mindset that I believe in to make my life easier.
