Anxiety disorders can be very successfully treated. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapies, medication, and psychotherapy are all modalities for treatment. Practicing wellness, exercise, proper nutrition, relaxation and mindfulness can also be extremely helpful in overcoming anxiety.
