National Ice Cream Day

We saw National Ice Cream Day quickly approaching on the calendar and thought to ourselves, “What could possibly be better than ice cream?” Well, it didn’t take us long to come up with a grocery store list filled with cookies and yummy toppings! Our ice cream celebration quickly turned into a rainbow-decorated-ice cream filled-cookie sandwich day… and we sure aren't complaining!?

So we started with classic chocolate chip cookies (just can't go wrong) and kitchen sink cookies from The Fresh Market (they taste a lot better than they sound, promise!)

Some of our Natural Life necessities... Ceramic Spoon Rest and the cutest Owl Cookie Jar... even though we didn't have any leftover cookies....

This goes without saying, but just spoon a couple scoops onto a cookie, smoosh it together and roll in the toppings of your choice!

MMMMM... believe it or not, ice cream melts pretty quickly in the middle of a Floridian summer!
