National Breast Cancer Foundation HOPE Kit and Natural Life Boho Bandeau®

The National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. (NBCF) discovered our Boho Bandeaus® on social media and we were thrilled when they reached out to us about a partnership! We donated 10,000 Boho Bandeaus® to include in their HOPE Kits. These kits are boxes filled with encouraging and comforting items, and we are honored to be a part of it!

NBCF’s mission is to inspire hope and support women battling breast cancer. From breast health education services to mammograms, this non-profit organization has helped in providing these services (and more) to hundreds of thousands of women!

Our Boho Bandeaus® are life changing to people going through chemotherapy, making our partnership with NBCF even more meant to be! These bandeaus are not only sooo soft but also help to keep your hair nicely in place during the falling out stage. Our colorful prints and patterns seem to really make people happy – and we’re happy bringing a little joy and comfort to their journey!

We’ve heard from so many women battling cancer that our Boho Bandeaus® bring them so much comfort while also making them feel beautiful. Here are a few stories we’ve collected over the years:

“I’m currently going through chemo and have lost all my hair. I had bought one of these before I had cancer and loved it. After I lost my hair I tried it as a head covering it's the most comfortable headband ever and as soon as I get home I can't wait to take my wig off & put it on and be comfortable. I’ve bought 4 more and have told other patients how wonderful they are.”

“I love this product. I sent it to my sweet friend Marisa who is finally healing from her cancer and her hair is growing back. She was looking for something soft for her head and beautiful at the same time. Marisa has been through a war this past year and I was so excited to find this beautiful gem. I bought myself one too and love how light, comfortable and beautiful they are. Thank you and I’m loving ALL your products as I continue to shop. And once again Thank you for making a cancer patient feel pretty again. She’s a sweet soul and this was perfect timing.”

“I have breast cancer and losing my hair is rough. The bandeaus make me feel happy and attractive nonetheless. I have five and I'm complimented all the time. I prefer headbands over hats, scarves or wigs. Thank you for the joy and confidence you provide in your products for me and others.”

“These beautiful bandeaus were just the thing I was looking for while going through cancer treatment. They are brightly colored to match my outfits and color makes me happy. They fit perfectly and are cool to wear indoors. I will continue to wear these I'm sure as they can be worn many ways.”

“I love this wide headband (I got three of them) it is so light and airy and has just the right amount of elasticity so it never feels like it’s squeezing you. I have cancer and started losing my hair, but it was only around the edges, not on my crown. I hate the cancer hats, and wanted something like a windsock to hide what was going on underneath. This wide headband fit the bill exactly, I can wear it every single day and look “normal” (not the girl with strangely thin patchy hair, receding hairline). It hides it all, and I look boho chic too!!”

“At first, I bought them to cover my head after losing my hair to chemo. The products from other places were uncomfortable after a while and hurt my ears. Yours are stretchy enough and light to make it bearable. Now that my hair has grown back, I still wear them. Thank you for such a great product.”

“I sent this beautiful headband to my future daughter in law who just finished chemo for breast cancer. She absolutely loved the cheery colors and all the different options to wear it. Nice quality, bright colors with various patterns so you can change the look.”

“I am a cancer patient and wear them every day. I'm stopped daily and asked where I bought my boho bandeaus.”
