Everyday Return Policy
We hope you love the items you purchased from Natural Life! If your item is damaged or defective, please contact email@example.com instead of completing an RMA. If you are not happy with your items, please place an Return Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receipt.
If you registered for a Natural Life account, log in to your account and select the order containing the product you wish to return. Click the "Return" link at the top of the order details page, and submit the form on that page. If you purchased items as a guest, please enter your order number on the page linked here, then access the RMA request form by clicking the "return" link at the top of the order details page.
Within 1-2 business days, a Customer Experience Team Member will contact you via email with your approved RMA number. Boldly write your RMA number on both your packing slip and the outside of the return package/box. Mail the product and packing slip to the address shown on your packing list using the carrier of your choice. Note: Unauthorized returns and returns without an approved RMA number on the packing slip will be refused.
Please allow our team up to 30 days to process returns and issue a refund once we’ve received your returned item(s).
Terms & Conditions:
- Online orders must be returned as indicated by the online instructions.
- All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Sale items and items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable.
- Product must be in original packaging, unused, in new/original condition.
- All items purchased from the Natural Life Flagship Retail Store in Jacksonville, FL must be returned to that location.
- All items purchased from a retail partner must be returned to that store and according to its return and exchange policy. Note: Attempts to return online orders to the Natural Life Flagship Retail Store in Jacksonville, FL or any Natural Life retail partner location will be refused.
