Everyday Return Policy

We hope you love the items you purchased from Natural Life! However, if you are not happy with your items, please follow the 3 quick and easy steps on the Returns Form on the back of your packing slip to return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. Sale items and items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable. Please do not return your item if it is damaged or defected, instead contact us at info@naturallife.com with photos of your damaged or defective item.

MAKE A SELECTION: Cite a return code on the front of the form next to the item(s) you are returning. Use the Return Code chart at the bottom of your packing slip to cite your reason and check a box below

                            i.      01 CHANGED MIND

                           ii.      02 DO NOT LIKE

                          iii.      03 TOO SMALL

                          iv.      04 TOO LARGE

                           v.      05 INCORRECT PRODUCT SHIPPED

                          vi.      06 QUALITY NOT AS EXPECTED

                         vii.      07 SHIPPED TOO LATE

            b. Is this a Return or a Gift Return?

                           i.      RETURN: A refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

                          ii.      GIFT RETURN: If you’re returning a gift, please indicate if you would like to have the gift giver refunded or a credit will be applied to your Natural Life account.
                                   If you do not have a Natural Life account, fill out the information below and one will be created for you, using your name, email address, and phone number.
SEND IT BACK: Pack up the item(s) you are returning including the return form and attach the pre-paid postage label to the package. Please be sure to cover or remove any old labels or bar codes.
                            Drop off your package at your local Post Office. 
                            Please note that $6.95 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.

CHECK YOUR INBOX: We will send you an email once the return has been processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the return and issue a refund.


Holiday Return Policy

Orders purchased from November 1st through Christmas Eve are eligible for return for store credit through Friday, January 12th, if not within the regular 30-day return policy. If you’re returning a gift, please indicate if you would like to have the gift giver refunded or a credit will be applied to your Natural Life account. If you do not have a Natural Life account, one will be created for you, using your name, email address, and phone number. Sale items and items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable.

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Online orders must be returned as indicated by the instructions on your packing slip.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Sale items and items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable, and are indicated when shopping and at checkout.
  • Product must be in original packaging, unused, in new/original condition.
  • All items purchased from the Natural Life Flagship Retail Store in Jacksonville, FL must be returned to that location.
  • Note: Attempts to return online orders to the Natural Life Flagship Retail Store in Jacksonville, FL or any Natural Life retail partner location will be refused.
  • All items purchased from any retail partner must be returned to that store, according to its return and exchange policy. Should there be a quality issue with the product, please contact info@naturallife.com with photos of your quality issue and purchasing information.
